BootKamp on Tuesday with Natalie from Kickass Fit is great fun, I’ve wanted to do something like this for ages but never plucked up the courage. But with Natalie’s very positive attitude, zest for life and encouragement I am loving taking part and discovering muscles I’d long forgotten! Fitness at 50 here I come!

Natalie makes the sessions fun and motivating, she joins in with you and corrects your technique to benefit you.
The boot camp stations are changed weekly and the times at each station are timed so you put full effort in but still have enough left to keep going.
You know a session is good when you’ve given all you can but can’t wait for next week to come.
Natalie knows how your body works and takes account of any injuries or conditions you may have.
Fun, friendly fitness in an outdoor environment which is very enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s personality and fitness knowledge.
